At the end of the day, I am NOT on the same team with Bush.
I think it’s the latter. He’s totally disconnected from his base (his former supporters). It kind of reminds me of Nixon’s last days before he resigned. Not that there’s a chance that Bush will resign.
He may be surrounded by the worse possible advisors someone of leadership can have: “Yes” men and women.

His supporters are Mexican billionaires and businesses that want to hire foreign nationals. They get the laws that they want.
The American voters who voted for Bush may think they are ‘his supporters’, but if they do they are fooling themselves.
