Hey John...the problem is with definitions of Pro-Choice and Pro-Life.

1.Some consider Pro-Life to mean "Abortion is murder" and it should be outlawed and all involved should be prosecuted for murder. (Anti-Abortion)

2.Some consider Pro-Life to mean being against Roe Vs Wade, and letting the issue be decided by the States. (Federalist)

3.Some consider Pro-Choice to be someone who approves of abortion on demand. (Pro-Abortion)

Oops, 2 and 4 are the same, and there's the rub.

Fred's record can be considered Pro-Life and Pro-Choice. I believe, from my reading of his record, that he is merely Pro-Federalism, which just happens to cover definition #2 and #4. I don't believe he is "anti-abortion".

I would suggest you investigate the matter yourself and make up your mind rather than take the statement of someone who MAY have an axe to grind or a candidate to promote's word for it.

Unless you are one of those that think the Constitution is only valid when it protects those things with which you personally agree, then by all means go right ahead and call him pro choice.
