Maybe I heard wrong, but I think Fred Thompson just came out as pro-choice. That's what I thought I heard too. Was stunned.

You heard wrong, he said it was an issue that the States should vote on.. Many pro-lifers like myself believe in this because it is the best way to make a real difference on the issue.. Thompson's voting record has always been 100% pro-life.

His voting record is just on bills brought up before congress, none of which outlaw abortion totally. Most are just restrictions on abortion which many pro-choice politicians could support (like agianst “partial birth”).

I did say he’s against Roe, but he seemed to be saying he’d be pro-choice in his state. That means he doesnt believe life begins at conception etc... I dont know, Im assuming alot from about a half sentence, I admit that. Its consistant with what Ive heard about him though on this issue. He needs to be pinned down on it by someone more competent at interviewing.

I did not hear wrong. He said was an issue for the states AND was then in process of explaining that he would be pro-choice at his state level as Hannity cut him off. Listen again.
