Where was his criticism of the real problem: strangling environmental regulation that prevent construction of new refineries?

Yep. I wonder why the Political class seems so convinced I am all outraged at the $.10 a gallon “Big Oil” makes on each gallon of gas but seems totally oblivious to the $.50-$.60 Govt makes on that SAME gallon of gas?
Just WHO is doing the “gouging” here.
