Oooh, good question for Romney. My dad didn’t come from the Philippines to have to listen to Spanish in many places in this country!!!

I was surprised that while I only know a few mexicans, none of them are fluent in Spanish. I think it comes down to if you immigrate here legally you want to assimilate completely into society which includes learning english and not spanish as a kid.
