Naw, they don't believe in the Rule of Law, ever look at crime stats for Blacks, however the Rule of Law at the moment is too strong for them to do what they would like to do to the 'White Devils'.

Whenever the Rule of Law is absent just observe the riots and killings that take place among the Black population. They are just as dangerous to the Rule of Law in this country as the Islamo-whackos, maybe not as fanatical but given the right opportunity they will be on the same page as the Muslim horde.
