My perfect breakfast, scrambled eggs with melted cheese, bacon or sausage, buttered toast, orange juice and last but not least A few minor corrections: turkey bacon (not just any old bacon will do), no toast or oj (not low carb) and tea rather than coffee. LOL!

turkey bacon is gross, yuck! I don’t mind turkey ham, turkey meatballs but the turkey bacon just doesn’t do it for me! You've never had turkey bacon from Willie Bird. Their bacon is GOOD!

Yes unfortunately my perfect breakfast cannot be indulged everyday due to health concerns, but turkey bacon, yuch! I’m not Muslim or Jehovah Witness, I CAN eat and love the taste of pork.

naw, I’m with WITT, bacon has to be the REAL thing! I use hatfield low sodium bacon, only has 5 carbs I believe for three pieces and it’s sooooooooooo good!
