He! I do wonder whether the absurd self-dramatization of these female antigunners is prompted by what my grandmother called ‘The Change’, Lowbridge.

Yes, but there’s that inner thrill of hitting the target wasn’t there?? Heh, heh... Can’t deny that. I imagine the “submachine guns” were probably AR 15 type “black guns” SEMI-AUTOMATIC, sheesh, what twits.

...but I keep thinking of that inner thrill of hers of hitting that target in the chest (center mass) and head, hmmmmmm....

"But how does one get rid of a gun?"

You can send it to me. I'll even pay the shipping.

Nearly 12,000 people are murdered by guns in this country every year, on top of the roughly 17,500 suicides by firearms

England is no stranger to such social problems. Yet it has strict gun control laws, and the WHO report listed it with only 23 gun-related homicides. In Japan, the figure was 22.

Since its apparently guns' fault that we have so many suicides, whey did Japan have 32,552 suicides in 2005 and why does England have a higher suicide rate than the US?

"...there's little reason to own a Glock unless you intend to kill people."

Is this a problem? Some people need killing.

Pointing and laughing!
I generally advise my liberal acquaintances to NOT buy any weapons.
They tend never to be able to identify friends from foes.

During the debate about various CCW laws, I have observed libs projecting their inner thoughts onto the people who would carry. This is why we get frantic letters to the editors about bringing the “Wild West” back and why conversely, facts about the real experience of the lack of CCW violations are a waste of time to document to these people.

This is all about projection of their own perceptions of how they would act if they carried a firearm. No wonder that at times they act so frantic when the issue of CCW legislation comes up.

These are dangerous people. They must be stopped from having any influence on national security policy, or issues of personal safety and protection.

The sad reality is that it remains outrageously simple to buy a semiautomatic handgun in this city.

There's that pesky Constitution mucking things up again. The ignorance and arrogance of these lefties is a continuous source of amazement to me.

People like her are the last people you want to see armed. They are the ones casually toying with loaded handguns around other people, playing with the trigger, and looking down the barrel.

Maybe there should be free public lessons taught at gun stores for people who don’t know diddley-squat about guns. Or even just a handout, a top 10 list of things you shouldn’t do with your gun.

I even knew a sword maker who had become adept at disarming people who as soon as they picked up a sword, had to swing it around, but were also oblivious to their surroundings.

There has to be a way to get such morons at least out of the gun store before they accidentally discharge their gun.

Well, the process does seem flawed. This obviously deranged woman was able to complete the purchase. I guess the backround check didn't include a review of her body of work.

Or anything else, for that matter. They are devoid of the restraint of ethics or morals that would limit the use of ANY power placed in their hands. The left always degenerates to genocide.

I absolutely believe in the need for gun control - I have yet to find a Dhimmi that has any business being anywhere near one!

HEY, now she can participate in a gun buy back program like the ones held in Racine!
Racine gun buy-back nets more than 40 firearms

It was, after all, modeled after a Milwaukee program.

Barbara Miner left out one little fact: You can't conceal carry in Wisconsin. Governor Jim Doyle has made sure of that by making sure you can't pack heat in public to defend your own life - by vetoing RTC legislation passed by the Wisconsin legislature.
