Mexico is the most racist country on the planet, it’s as bad as Apartheid-era South Africa, the way the rich, white, elites treat the majority indigenous population.

Actually, it is my understanding that Mexico actually has a 3-tiered system of racial hatred: at the top are the caucasian descendants of the Spaniards, who spit on everyone else, then the next level are the mestizos, who spit on the indians.
