Then, we should also run the UN itself out of Turtle Bay, and let them resettle someplace like The Hague.Actually Tony, i was thinking that they should be on some "international" land. The Antartic is the only appropriate ground that i can recall meeting that qualification.
It would do a lot for the parking problem at it's present location.

Wish we had someone in power with the round things to do that.

Walk away from the United Nations I disagree.
Why should we walk away, they are in the US, just kick them out.

Just doing what government does only on a global scale. Govt. doesn’t recognize acheivement it recognizes coercing obedience and the ability to point a gun at a person’s head to force compliance.
The ability to pull the trigger and destroy those who don’t get on with the program is the highest acheivement government can recognize. This encourages govt. growth and consolidation of expanding power.
The UN is a world governing body and few places understand freedom so in that sphere he is a perfect candidate for a high post.

I would happily vote YES to a US subsidized building for the UN in Antwerp if they would just GET OUT OF THE USA. It would be a great use of funds if we could rid ourselves of those pests.
Question: Which republican candidate for president has openly stated that one of his goals is the withdrawal of the USA from the United Nations?

Screw the UN. Withdraw from them, expel them from Manhattan all American territory, and bulldoze the Secretariat into the East River.

I’m guessing it’s the same one who blamed us for 9-11 (he who shall not be named).
