Joe Scarborough offers his keen insight and classy analysis into today's political scene in an interview this morning with Congressional Quarterly's Craig Crawford. During the Morning Joe program on MS-NBC, Scarborough suggested that Fred Thompson's wife is a whore (via the Palmetto Scoop):
SCARBOROUGH: Have you seen Fred Thompson’s wife? CRAWFORD: Oh, yeah.
SCARBOROUGH: You think she thinks she works the pole?
CRAWFORD: That’s what a Hollywood career will do for you, I guess.
SCARBOROUGH: What do you mean?
CRAWFORD: You get wives like that.
SCARBOROUGH: I mean, look at that guy. God bless him, I love his voice. But I mean, you know. He ain’t Robert Redford in “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.”
CRAWFORD: Well I would like to see him back into politics because I think he’s a lousy actor.

If Fred was your best friend, instead of a politician, that is exactly what you would think and say.

He can slime a candidate -- after all he is not a journalist -- but to slime a family member is pretty low rent.
But, remember, the network he is on has an open anti-Republican agenda and here we have further proof.
Ah, and Rudy's wife, you know, the wife of the guy you support, is a paragon of virtue and modesty.

Joe is someone that I used to like. Man has he ever turned into a classless POS.
Now would you rather look at Fred’s wife or Hillary>? Need I say more?

People will ask him why he has a hot wife that is so much younger than he is and I feel that his one time only answer ought to be, “Because I love her, and because I can.”

I am furious with Joe and his foolish pal Craig- but there is NO REASON for any of us to attack the GOP candidates WIVES. That includes Judy.
Scarborough has a lot of class. Problem for him is it is all low class!
Wow, look at that Joe Scarborough. Think he makes extra money on the side? There are lots of people (both men and women) who will pay for “experiences” with someone who looks like him.
Well Joe, how does it sound when we turn it around?
If Joe talked about my wife that way, he would end up in a dark alley with two broken legs.
