The ability to mount a miniature display in a set of glasses opens up a whole new portable video experience where any seat on the bus can be a personal movie theatre and you'll be able to enjoy your video in complete privacy.

Now I can get mugged on the street or on the bus for my cool video glasses, in addition to my sports shoes, my sweatshirt, my ipod, my gameboy...

Interesting, but I don’t see how it’ll work for everyone. I mean, don’t you need 20/20 vision? Are they going to have prescription eye-screens? I hope so. It’d be great to have internet access with one of these things.

I can't wait to use products based upon future improvements/refinements of this new technology as they'll be even less bulky and more comfortable to wear. Although, the specs from the magazine article define a product that has less resolution and a smaller image than what I've got now. And the prototype headgear is actually bulkier.
