No, the poster was asserting that the nationality of the suspects was being witheld. It was not.

Oh, one was a naturalized citizen. The others were arrested outside the United States, therefore their status is irrelevant at this point.

I see. For some reason the threadmeister edited out that relevant information [both the names and nationalities of those arrested] from the original AP article and posted an unecessarily excepted version, so I can see where some posters got the (mistaken) impression that the info was being withheld.
