There ya go — this is what we were just about talking about last week:
Muslims flying back and forth to the Caribbean. It appears that the JFK suspects are from Trinidad and/or Guyana. I knew that something was up when at every flight I took from Baltimore-to-San Juan and back (for which I travel often during the year) there were Muslims on my flights. Most of these Muslims were coming back from Barbados or Trinidad and stopping in San Juan to take a flight to the mainland U.S.
I told Chris Plante about this a year ago, when I returned from one of my Puerto Rico trips, and he thought it was a serious situation. These guys can get a hold of one of these flights and crash it once it is on U.S. air space. TSA security at the San Juan airport is a joke.
I have to hand it to you Silvie, you sure called this one.
I recall being on a flight to Toronto pre 9/11.
There was a french speaking Muslim reading the Koran in the aisle seat across the aisle from me.
I picked up the craziest vibes from this guy, not to mention the smell. But how do you report someone for sending off terrorist pheromones?
