Jesse James was fined $3 million by the EPA for selling choppers that hadn’t been smogged. I can’t imagine what the EPA fines are like for using a homebrewed fuel in an engine with unauthorized modifications. LOL!
Not quite. He was fined almost $300,000 by the state of California. Custom builds are EPA exempt and exempt from most state regulations as well. CA is one of the fews states that doesn’t exempt custom builds.
