I believe that one drops off of unemployment rolls after 6 months, after benefits run out, or after a period of time of not actively looking for work. You don't stay on the rolls perpetually.

Do you really think that there are 8 million Americans who are unemployed and are ready to fill the millions of cheap labor jobs that illegal immigrants are doing?

If an American business decides to pay low wages with little benefit why American workers are not joining in? The answer is simple which is that the vast majority of Americans will not do those jobs with low wages and little to no benefits. The government cannot force a business to pay higher wages and more benefits to their employees or else this will be socialism and not that what is the best economy is about, it is about Free Market Capitalist economy.
