Most Vice-Presidents have their eye on the Presidency so they need to be highly visible, Cheney doesn't, and acts like it, he acts like he doesn't even care to be Vice President. LOL!
Those are the people we need in power, unfortunately the snakes that crave power are usually the ones filling the void.
