That is an ominous sign for 2008, if Colorado goes blue, the math for the GOP will not work. If this amnesty bill goes through, I am afraid our nightmare will come true: we will have to listen to President Hillary Clinton. Amnesty will an albatross around the neck of the GOP nominee that will sink him despite Hillary’s polarizing influence. The base will just sit out 2008.
I noticed the other night that you are here in CO with me. Boy how our state has gotten blue. I used to get angry with namby pamby Owens, but I long for the days when we had two Repub senators and a Repub governor and a Repub state legislature. Salazar is a disgrace.
