You are sadly right, Bush has turned liberal on every issue, even global warming to some extent. The more recent events play out the more Savage looks clairvoyant. Bush is totally insulting our intelligence by insisting that this is not Amnesty, at least be honest and say I want to give Amnesty. The results are still the same but this is pure liberal tactics he is using, disguise what you really want with a veneer and hope you can buffalo enough people. Love the tagline! any fool can see this is amnesty and I resent Bush treating it as though it isn’t and more so that he thinks we’re not intelligent enough to see it for what it is. He is arrogant and I don’t like arrogance. He is leading this country in a direction that is harmful to it’s CITIZENS and I as a CITIZEN resent it, I’m frustrated because I don’t know how to fix it, how to stop it, I’ve sent faxes, e-mails made phone calls to deaf ears, I fear for what is coming. You said it very well, I have e-mailed, faxed and called although calling Kerry / Kennedy is waste of time. I came here as a legal immigrant and took 11 years and thousands of dollars in fees to become a citizen which is the most privileged status in the world. I am apopleptic that we are cheapening citizenship and destroying the rule of law. Makes you want to throw in the towel and curl up at home in the fetal position but then all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing and this amnesty bill is pure evil. We have to keep fighting the good fight and if the GOP goes the way of the Whigs, so be it. Rush has been on the right side of this issue for a long time now. Hannity is more of a shill for Bush and refuses to criticize him. Rush clearly understands the impact of this on our nation, culture and the rule of law and the GOP. I love Savage and it’s time he realized that on most issues Rush and he are on the same side, why the cold war ?
