Why do you think Carter is running around the country saying nutty things? He is feeling the heat. GWB is closing in on his worst president title. That is the real reason Carter has come back with a renewed energy and sense of purpose.
That people even consider equating the performance of Jimmy as POTUS and that of GWB has me scratching my head.
