Do i get to adjust it for inflation from 1967 ?

Let me answer this way...my salary isn’t double what it
was in the 80’s.

I have no problems with the price of gas. It is what it is.

I have problems with someone trying to rosy it up by telling how much cheaper it is today, adjusted for inflation.

I'll help. $.33 1967 gas would be $1.98 now. Current gas averave is $3.16. Conclusion : it's expensive.

Then you were either vastly over paid in the 1980s or vastly under paid now.
