Having a baby when you are in no position to properly care for and support him/her is the epitome of child abuse!
The child should be removed and put up for adoption or the mother should be confined to a residential program to develop her ability to care for the child.
Repeated behavior should result in incarceration or voluntary sterilization.

Do women get pregnant because they lack information? .
I asked a late 20's single female who was obviously pregnant:
"With all the information and methods available for birth control how did you manage to get pregnant"?
Her very sincere reply was:
"Well I tell you Mr. B. I just drank too much beer that night".

All the church-going catholic girls were the first ones having babies in my little town.
A terrible generalization...Support it with statistics...not hearsay. Shame on you using a democrat trick.

Repeated behavior should result in incarceration or voluntary sterilization.
The founder of Planned Parenthood held EXACTLY that same belief.
