A few weeks ago, a study by the Mathematica Policy Research Institute concluded that abstinence-education programs do not delay the age at which teens first have sex. The response from the left was predictable: "We've spent billions of dollars and we don't have anything to show for it, so it is time for this Congress to fund programs that work," William Smith at the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the U.S. told USA Today. The study's conclusion that teens in abstinence-only programs were no less likely than their peers to use contraception apparently didn't faze Mr. Smith. (Somehow they're getting "sexuality information" without benefit of formal education.)

Having a baby when you are in no position to properly care for and support him/her is the epitome of child abuse!
The child should be removed and put up for adoption or the mother should be confined to a residential program to develop her ability to care for the child.
Repeated behavior should result in incarceration or voluntary sterilization.

I asked a late 20's single female who was obviously pregnant:
"With all the information and methods available for birth control how did you manage to get pregnant"?
Her very sincere reply was:
"Well I tell you Mr. B. I just drank too much beer that night".
A terrible generalization...Support it with statistics...not hearsay. Shame on you using a democrat trick.
