Lott has had his last election- he’ll serve 5 more years and retire. He thought about not running last time. So he’s probably worried about some nice fat lobbying job from a business group- he could care less about the voters now.

Every RINO who supports this shAMNESTY bill needs to be taken out in the primaries. I'd like to see Lindsey Graham as the #1 target. Perhaps a PAC can be organized in time for the 2008 primaries. Perhaps it can be named "RINO Hunt PAC"

Trent will retire in 2012... and that is just toooooo long! I hope Congressman Chip Pickering replaces him. Gene Taylor the dim will try... but he is a socialist and enigma... a Military supporting, NRA endorsed socialist who is in favor of higher taxes, the Death tax, and wealth redistribution.

Good idea, but Republican voters will go along with their incumbents because they will be “warned” that unless those particular incumbents are renominated, the Democrat will take the seat. Witness: PA in 2004 and RI in 2006.
