And so were the robber barons he railed against. They all pretty much suck down there. He sucks. The ruling class sucks. The peasants get squeezed. Neither extreme is the answer.
I am not sure which "robber barons" you have in mind. Whoever they might have been (if they existed at all), the communists were much worse.
Cuba was a fairly prosperous country before Castro, Che, and their thugs took over. They turned it into a hell hole. Nevertheless they are idolized by the Left in this country and in Europe.
