have tried for the last 3 days to call KBH’s office in Dallas. Seems they have the phone off the hook, can’t get through. When it comes down to it I fear she will go to the dark side.

Thanks, I will try it. It just burns my bacon that they would just leave the phone off the hook like this. What a crock. I never have thought much of KBH and this just seals it with me.
