Since you claim to directly quote Dr. Paul (hence your quotation marks), I assume that you can show where the original quotation from Dr. Paul appeared in the debate. Please do so or, to quote Rudy, take this chance to retract your comments.
What can I say? I saw him say it, and heard him say it (not live...day after - if it was an “out of context”, it’s the king of all “out of contexts”)
