went to Dillard’s the other day and in the corner of the FORMAL ladies’ area there was a women yakking on her cell phone at the top of her lungs and sitting on the floor spread-eagle changing her baby on the carpet!

Yeh, if the Texas beaches are any indication...she probably left aforementioned diaper right there on the floor.
