Latest bill on self defense held back from Napolitano

Napolitano spokeswoman Jeanine L'Ecuyer said Napolitano's constituent services staff reported receiving no communications regarding the bill in the past 10 days. Before that, according to L'Ecuyer, there were 57 e-mails in favor of the bill and seven opposed.

This is bill 1166 which is the third attempt by the legislature to correct the horrible injustice done to Harold Fish. I have sent an email to Governor Napolitano at azgov@azgov.com supporting this bill, which makes sure that the presumption of innocence will be returned to Harold Fish in his self defense trial.
