We already do—its under the Palestinian Authority umbrella.
The nice thing is, right now, it's being used by Fatah to kill Hamas. Iran, in turn, sends military aid to Hamas to kill Fatah. Israel can stand by on the sidelines, and watch its enemies self-destruct.
