I think the smoking issue is more like the last straw. People are starting to open their eyes and think, "Whats next? My choice of car? My cooking oil? Gambling?

It's there already. They're thinking about laws to deny anyone who is overweight fast food, and No trans fat seems to be the next target. I think some cities already have laws that restaurants cannot use anything with trans fat. And how about the lightbulb laws?
