Show the pics to everybody...talk it up...Copy them and send them to media in a proposal written as a press release.

Maybe find an artist who would be willing to begin work pro bono until things got going.

Let me think about this...it's a fnatastic idea! It would be nice if we could find the names of the soldier and the boy.
