Welp, there's *another* 15 billion of US taxpayer dollars wasted on "fighting" AIDS in Africa, all thanks to King Bush. Obviously, maintaining a friendship with Bono doesn't come cheap. The African dictators will probably put this money to better use than our spendthrift Federal government.
