Contrast the Minneapolis that I, and my ancestors, grew up in with today and I would strongly agree with you. The entire area is overrun with Somalians and non-English speaking south Americans. Utterly overrun.
If your community is overrun with mostly illiterate, non-English speaking people, thank a politician.
