How do you know they are from New Orleans? Houston has native thugs. I live an area densely populated by evacuees and I have seen no difference.
A) crime has spiked since their arrival to my town,
B) I never saw anything similar to their criminal-behavior patterns in the locals previous to their arrival, and
C) The local news is not afraid to label criminals, once apprehended for the latest horrific crime, as being "originally fron New Orleans".
