I guess it depends on where you go in Paris. My niece was just there a few weeks ago and loved it. But I would never want to live there.

I was told by my London friends that downtown Paris and within sight of the Eiffel Tower is OK. Get away from that and it’s rather unsavory areas. What we see on the news here with the Muslim immigrants setting fires is a small portion of what goes on there apparently.

Probably like any other big city. A few miles out of any big city you find the scavengers.
