They hate the USA but not the land.
They are retaking the land for Mexico by non-violent invasion, with the complicity of George Bush and the rest of the open border elitists.
It bothers me that a nation whose economic planning relies on large sums of funds being sent from citizens illegally working in the US refuses to treat us with even the least bit of respect.
“Buenos noches, putas de los mundo tres!”
Or something like that.
Hood point. “Mexico” claimed everything that wa Spanish after the Spanish left as part of the “Mexican Empire” (I thought they hated imperialism?).
It began falling apart pretty quickly, first with Panama and Costa Rica gaining independence and shortly after Texas. Eventually even Guatamala left. They were lucky to hold on to Sonora, let alone Arizona and New Mexico.
If you really want to stump a Mexican just ask them which country first invaded Texas with federal troops. They are masters of revisionist history, but they can’t hide the truth.
Be nice if this article found its way to the 100 Senators and the 435 House reps. Mexico is not worth the trouble of getting angry. They are a Third World mess which only our annexation would cure! To kow tow to these wrecks as we do is an abomination.
True, but it won't always be non-violent. Sooner or later, the US economy is going to tank, and there is going to be a vicious struggle for any job at all. That is when the frijoles will hit the fan.
Welcome back.
Thanks!
Yeah, what great neighbors...
Then, all those Mexicans will have something to really bitch about. And, yes, I'm an AMERICAN with Mexican heritage. My grandparents emigrated legally decades ago.
Sounds good to me, amigo.
That’s easy, McCain is a lefty and Graham is McCain’s butt boy !!!!!!
We could kick out the ruling elitist plutocrat aristocrats, clean up the criminals and drug pushers, have a much shorter southern border to defend, get the oil for our economy, and turn the Mexican beaches and pre-Columbian historic sites into international tourist Meccas which will create jobs for the native Mexicans and infuse real capital into the local economy.
But will we do it?
Never.
Bush and his acolytes aren’t in this to benefit the Mexican people. He’s in it to generate a cheap exploitable, disposable, non-citizen labor source for certain corporate interests, while pandering to what he believes is a “Hispanic American voting block” to benefit Brother Jeb and his son later on in the national political scene.
You sound like something out of the Urantia Book, Travis.
I think they would like us better. At least they would respect us. It reminds me of permissive parents. The more you give in to children, the less they respect you. We didn't have the open hatred and disdain for our country from Mexico when we had strict border control.
I have seen that a lot. The Mexican folks who obeyed the law and went through the trouble to come here legally seem to be angrier at the illegals than anyone. I salute all the legal citizens who loved America enough to do it the right way.
Listen to Rush’s new Mexican Anthem...Jose’ can you see.
Either this is a major head fake by the elected government or we have seen the last of The USA. I believe that it is the later.
Wake up. This say’s it all.
That is both stupid and uninformed. There have been sizeable groups of Mexicans who have hated us for YEARS. I remember hitchiking thru Mexico in 1979 and scrawled everywhere was "no gasaducto a Tejas" surrounded by hammer and scythe symbols.
The truth of the matter is that even AFTER communism, Mexicans (and many Latinos) hate America, but they like individual Americans. They are a combination of people deeply resentful at perceived disrespect, disdain, and oppression, but at the same time incredibly loyal, warm, and good neighbors to those who bother to try and love them individually. If they don't perceive us as rich, powerful, arrogant boors, there is no limit to what they will do for you. It has pretty much always been that way, and the immigration problem is just a small photo in this collage
You go back far enough their ancestors took the land from the native Americans.
