In his own words "I took Cindy Sheehan to Walter Reed last Friday night. She and I went in and delivered a get well card to the troops. She was welcomed with open arms. It was really nice. After we left the mob scene across the street began to scream the most awful things at her. We left quick though. I drove her to the airport right after we left Walter Reed."
I know I already posted this link above, but I thought it was worth repeating.
Note: Save this file. Newsworthy stuff like this has a funny way of getting "disappeared."
Thanks!
I guess I’m dumber than a fence post, but who is this guy and why is it important? I missed something somewhere (imagine that—LOL!)
Why do we care about this particular blockhead? Kinda crummy/lazy effort to explain to those of us not in the know.
Who is this person? What makes him differant from the other wacko’s who protest at Walter Reed?
Two years ago Bruhns was hanging out with the radicals, but recently he's been "cleansing" his history with them.
Now he's speaking out on behalf of "Vote Vets" and is trying to clean up his act for that. The most recent photo op I saw him in was with Nancy Lugosi and Dingy Harry Reid.
Kind of reminds me of John Effin' Kerry back in his "Jenjiss Khan" testimony days, only to resurrect himself as a patriot Senator/Presidential candidate.
Who is John Bruhns and why should I be concerned? I understand the Code Pinko thing but why is Bruhns singled out? Is he just another socialist troublemaker?
Founded and supported by Veterans, VoteVets.org PAC views defense policy as an American priority. The goal of the VoteVets.org PAC is to put Iraq and Afghanistan War Veterans in Congress who are critical of the execution of the war in Iraq and representative of the principles of VoteVets.org PAC in the US Congress by:
* Providing their campaigns with early candidate training, financing, messaging, web and field training from the top professionals in the field
* Fostering policy and message unity regarding U.S. foreign and military policy
* Making direct contributions and independent expenditures to benefit their campaigns
* Ensuring current members of Congress are held accountable for their votes on Iraq and Veterans issues by taking them to task for votes and positions that harm America, and its troops and Veterans.
* Providing the credibility and support of the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans community. An attack on an individual is an attack on us all. We are united in supporting our fellow veterans.
Sounds good, doesn't it?
But it's not so good if the kind of vets they highlight are the type who hang out with Marxist groups like Code Pink.
BTW, Harry Reid gave VoteVets.org a $5,000 donation.
See #6, #8 and #10.
Ok, thanks for clearing things up.
Thank you. Now I know. I’ll remember the name.
Thanks!
He is a jerk and doesn’t know truth. I have looked into this little boys eyes. There is nothing behind them. He is a coward and he need to go home to mom where she can take care of him until they find a home for him.
Ping
I have looked into this little boys eyes. There is nothing behind them.

That emptiness even shows through in photos.
John Bruhns was given the privilege of a cspan appearance on Memorial Day. That is why his lies are being exposed today. (A caller from Takoma Park got through who challenged his version of events at WRAMC.)

He is looking for his day in the sun. John is just another John Kerry type.
The difference in the demeanor of the two veterans on C-Span was astounding. This one was slouching, puffily overweight and vacant looking. The other sat up straight, appeared to be strong and fit and spoke forcefully. I didn't know that Mr. anti-Iraq war was lying, but I could have guessed.
