I understand. This just reminds me of the C&D thread from a couple weeks ago — re: Jim R and the DNC. Funny.
After all, libel means to defame or harm one’s reputation in print.
One has to have a reputation that’s ‘good’ in order to suffer harm or defamation. As a public figure of questionable repute and history, loud defenders notwithstanding, Kennedy would have a tough time making a libel case, but an easy time grandstanding for one.
