Simple solution... eat more corn and less pork. It takes many pounds of corn to produce 1 pound of pork. The Chinese are good at making vegetarian food look like meat, so why can’t they make vegetarian pork patties? It’s healthier for them anyway. Would they rather be obese like super-sized North Americans?
