You know, when we get someone in the trauma room, the first thing we do is stop the goddamn bleeding. Stop the bleeding! We don't discuss the type of anastomosis to perform. We don't discuss the variety of resections to be performed. You get control of the problem which will kill the patient. Stop the bleeding. Then you have time to address the myriad of problems which you encounter in the OR.

For Bush to assert, those who disagree with him..."don't want to do what is right for the country".....or as Lindsay Graham referred to us as bigots. That is their sell job to us.
