I honestly believe that the one and only real objective of his presidency was to allow as many mexicans as possible into the country then to legalize their residence in the horribly mistaken hope that he could get some kind of huge hispanic vote for the party in the future. I think that Rove, the so called “magnificent bxxxxxd”, led him to that view. What a tragic mistake. His presidency with the insane handling of Katrina, new spending initiatives,the war and now this policy has been destroyed.

I think that Rove, the so called magnificent bxxxxxd, led him to that view. What a tragic mistake.I disagree. It's Bush experience in Texas and his brother's marriage to his mexican wife that causes Bush to be so enamored of mexicans. Or, his first "experience" was with a mexican maid.
