Agreed. In a reasonable world, they'd get their butts whipped by their parents and be drug by their parents in front of those Marines to apologize in addition to being charged with disorderly conduct.
A sincere apology by these teens to the veterans who show up at the courthouse today would be a good first step by these kids in making amends.
Since thirteen year-olds sometimes do incredibly stupid things, this may not have been an intentional affront to our armed forces, but it sure seems that way, and obviously doesn't suggest good things about their upbringing either.
I guess that means that we'll soon see their parents on the MSM wailing about the vicious police tactics of the Bush administration, attempt to silence legitimate political dissent concerning the illegal war in Iraq, yada yada yada, blah blah blah.
