Daltrey comes out against socially-concious masturbation.
He-he-he-heh.

"Live Earth spokesman said: People are aware of global warming but millions are not doing anything about changing their lifestyles.
Yeah, like Al Gore, John Kerry, John Edwards, and most rock musicians, who all consume more energy in one week than I do in a year.

Funny Roger Daltrey story having nothing to do with global warming: About 30 years ago, one of my best friends told me what happened to his step sister, on a trip to New York, when they were all staying at a ritzy hotel in the city, and his S-sister, an EXTREMELY nubile 21 year old, tried to call their room at the hotel from the Lobby. Her mother had re-married a man with a very similar name to the OTHER famous WHO guitarist/ The clerk accidentally put her through the the WHO’s room/ Daltrey answered the phone, they laughed over the mistake, but within 10 minutes the girl was up in thr room to do something other than discuss the current WHO tour.

I don’t care about pollution, I’m an air-conditioned gypsy, that’s my solution.
Watch the police and the taxman miss me, I’m mobile. “Goin’ Mobile”

Great Moment in Rock and Roll History.
Woodstock: Abbie Hoffman grabs a mic during the WHO’s set at Woodstock and starts to say “Free Rubin Sinclair!” Pete Townsend kanangs him off the head with his SG.

Ah, The Who, one of my favorite bands. Too bad that the both times I saw them Keith was no longer available being dead and all.
The last time I saw them though, their drummer whose name I forget really rocked.
Finally, without John Entwistle, is it even The Who anymore?

Roger moaned: "What did we really achieve at Live 8? We got loads of platitudes and no action. "Who were we kidding there? Time for a rousing chorus of "We Won't Be Fooled Again"?

Thanks, didn’t know what that word was in the title.
There are words in “English” that are profane that are not in “American”, and probably vice versa, though I don’t know any of the latter.
“Bloody” is profane, but not to us.
