The argument was about Blacks being banned from the congress until the 70s? In India “a Dalit” Dr. B. R. Ambedker wrote the INDIAN CONSTITUTION in 1947 (a constitution under which EVERYONE regardless of race, religion, colour or cast had voting rights), almost 2 decades before the African Americans in US got voting rights/civil rights. Beat that!

The FACT is that there were balcks in Congress in the 19th century.

But don't let little things like facts get in the way of your anti-American propaganda efforts.

Another piece of disinformation on your part. Blacks have been voting ever since the War Between the States. Try learning a little history before you spew your America hatred.
