Cindy Sheehan’s behavior and judgements have been so skewed, so off-the-wall, for so long, it is not a stretch to consider that she is grossly overcompensating for the LACK of a relationship she had with her son. She has behaved all along as if Bush, Rumsfeld, and the military itself STOLE her son away from her. I could be wrong, but there is something so off-kilter psychologically with her, so willing to be manipulated and canonized by the anti-Iraq War movement, that I suspect the facts of her family life are not at all the way she’s allowed them to be “accepted”. She is still entitled to grieve for her son, but her loathing is so complete and unrelenting against Bush that I suspect
that a possible bad marriage and lack of relationship with her son, is getting blamed on Bush and his Administration as stand-ins for her husband. I hate to get this Freudian , but that’s they way I see it, even while admitting she has every right to be as wildly “inconsolable”, and irresponsible as she wants.

I disagree. She has every right to be inconsolable but she doesn’t have a right to commit treason or to aid our enemies.
