And we know what is at stake in the Terri Schiavo case and what we lose sight of is our rights come from God and they're not subject to a popular vote. Even if a majority agreed with her husband Michael to have her killed it would still be wrong because her rights are inviolable as his and it does not matter if she didn't have the capacity to make her will known.
