This is an area of the local cemetery - veteran's pavilion. While Mom was still alive, we gifted her with an honorary plaque (WAAC in 1943); altho riddled with Alzheimers, she did appreciate it and said it was the best gift she'd ever received.

I’m sure you know that my sister also served in the WACS and is buried along side her husband in the Veterans section of Ocean View cemetery here in Eureka. Our two brothers and another BiL were also WWII Vets all gone now...
