You're probably thinking about Sen. Harold Ford, not Joe. Harold is a nephew of the elderly "Lindsay Lohan of Memphis" (aka Ophelia Ford).

Yes as a consultant...For those who aren’t sure that’s her nephew FORMER US Rep. Harold Ford JUNIOR. The Joe Ford in this article is her older brother.
