Hey guy, you are talking to someone that grows and slaughters his own beef, grows vegetables, has apple trees, deer hunts, and brings salmon and halibut back from the magnificent state of Alaska. The biggest sacrifice is making the trip all the way to Alaska to bring back fish for the family.
Finally, I would remind that many foods are fortified with vitamins synthesized by who knows — think Vit D fortified milk etc.
